Unfortunately, one in three marriages now end in divorce and the end of the relationship can be traumatic and confusing. You may have children, own a house or run a business together and arrangements for the care of the children or financial maintenance may have to be considered.

You may also need a protective court order and we deal with applications to Court for interdicts, exclusion orders, powers of arrest and non-harassment orders.
